We are grateful to have had the opportunity to keep the fun in learning in your classrooms. Like many other businesses, COVID-19 has greatly impacted us. Thus, we have changed how we are able to deliver our programs.
For the 2021-2022 school year, the programs will not be led by an in-class facilitator. Instead we are able to offer educational materials that we have developed and packaged as individual kits for each student. Each student will receive pieces which will be self contained. This way the kits can be a one time activity or used to support the curriculum and remain in the classroom.
With this method, the students can use these kits many times, or just once. You can use these kits for a day, a week, a month, a unit, or all year to reach the curriculum objectives. The teacher will decide when kits go home. These kits will be LEGO® bricks which are high quality and reusable. Students will be able to continue their learning when they take these kits home as finished creations.
Some teachers have told us about their different experiments using our take home projects to continue the student’s learning. Feel free to take pictures to send to parents as proof of learning. We would love to see your creations as well.
LEGO® bricks are a great medium to help students to be fully engaged while they create and learn. The benefits to our educational materials are developing fine motor skills, enhancing finger dexterity, critical thinking and increasing self-confidence.
